I liked the friendly staff. Melina, Diana and Fatima were great. My private room was comfortable and clean after my trek. Location is convenient also.

The room was very cold, which I didn't appreciate. The temperature was too low at night.

the reception staff helped me upgrade my room at no extra cost. the atmosphere was friendly. the private room was at the back. i found the location very quiet.

the temperature in my room dropped at night, making it quite cold.

lovely spot with a few small misses

i stayed in a bed 10-bed dormitory room bathroom. it had a private curtain. the bathrooms were super clean. the beds felt comfy and gave me privacy.

the bar was near the rooms. i could not sleep well. the noise at night bothered me, even with earplugs.
